We are all in a paradoxical position where technology is thriving to help us be more efficient in our lives, yet we are actually burdened by so many other demands, making it challenging to keep up with all aspects of our day. Preparing meals, food shopping and eating nutritiously is often at the bottom of our list. Yet, if we don’t take the time to figure it out and plan ahead, ill health, disease, and weight gain tend to happen.
I enjoy cooking, creating recipes and researching health and nutrition. My philosophy is, if you do yoga (or any other movement practice) on the outside, you need to also take care of the inside. This strategy helps create a sustainable lifestyle, so that you can to continue to do the things you enjoy and love with excellent health.
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”
